VoiceGate introduces Canada's first fully bilingual French/English
Mass Message Emergency Notification System

FRENCH GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE IS THE LATEST ADDITION TO THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE

In a move to become the "vendor of choice" for Mass Message Emergency Notification, Emergency Preparedness and Civil Alert Dialing systems to the Canadian government, VoiceGate Corporation has chosen The World Conference on Disaster Management to unveil VoiceGate’s latest enhancement to The Emergency Response – an automated mass-message delivery and business continuity planning and automated notification system.

VoiceGate proudly introduces a French Graphical User Interface for The Emergency Response, facilitating programming, planning, execution and automated delivery of business continuity and emergency messages in Canada’s two official languages.

The result:
the World’s first truly bilingual,
French/English Business Continuity Planning and Emergency Mass Message Notification System.

Targeted at the rapidly growing security, business continuity and emergency planning industries, The Emergency Response gives Security Planners a powerful, easy to use communication tool to pre-plan, load, test and ultimately execute, different emergency alert, response, and contact scenarios.

"We are really encouraged and gratified by the positive response we have received during our many Focus Groups regarding our unique capability to provide a "Canadian" Emergency Response Communication System that can be programmed in both of Canada's Official Languages" says Bryan Minnes, – VoiceGate’s Emergency Preparedness & Business Continuity Project Manager. "The feedback we are getting, from both government and business, is that VoiceGate is the only company that has been willing to go that extra mile to design and produce an Emergency Response Communication system that satisfies Canada's Official Languages Policy. Our prospects and customers are really excited that we are a Canadian company and that VoiceGate has taken the leadership role to satisfy this important need in the Canadian Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity market place", says Minnes.

VoiceGate envisions the ability to now programme and manage it’s Emergency Response dialing engine in French or English will make it the mass message Delivery and Civil Alert system of choice not only to Canada’s Federal and Regional governments; but also, to French speaking public safety, military, marine and air traffic control, public utilities, emergency service centres and call centers around the world.
